--Matthew 17:20--
Grace Maranatha Tabernacle welcomes you to its website. We are delighted that you have chosen to spend a few moments looking around, discovering our church family.
Pierre Jonas Jean-Baptiste is a visionary Christian leader, a man of great integrity who is quite friendly and always has a welcoming smile.
He migrated from Haiti to New Jersey in 1982 where he met his beautiful wife, Edith. They've been married for over 25 years, and have been blessed with a beautiful daughter, Briana. Jonas and Edith have recognized God's calling upon them since their youth and been active in Christian's ministries for over 30 years.
They began their preparation for the ministry by attending "Somerset Christian College" in New Jersey where they studied Formation Biblical studies for two years.
Jonas continued with additional studies at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia for two more years, and graduated in May 2012. Shortly after his graduation, he was ordained Pastor by his home church "First Shiloh Baptist Church" in West Orange New Jersey.
In April 2015, Jonas and his wife Edith were chosen by the leadership team of Grace Maranatha Tabernacle to lead this congregation.
He and his wife have graciously accepted and felt honored and privileged to be the ones chosen to help the church achieve their God's given mission in the Treasure Coast community here in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
Our congregation is a christian faith assembly. We believe that Christ is the only way of salvation by being our redeemer.

Men Ministry
Our mission is to be a bridge between generations.
We envision making tangible and lasting impact in the Treasure Coast community emphasizing on hospitality, prayers, bible study, fellowship, unity, and love.
We want to continue to make our presence in the Treasure Coast community felt, especially in Port Saint Lucie through multiple ways include reaching out to most vulnerable ones with prayers and real, positive and impactful actions.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals. Your generous donation will continue to fund our mission.
As Christ followers, we understand the power of prayer. Prayers help us walk with confidence in the midst of adversities knowing that soon our God who knows and always sees us will never test us beyond our capacity will either show us how to handle all our adversities or make them disappear.
The word says in Philippians 4:5-7: " Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Jesus' life is itself the living definition of love. As his followers we are thriving to make love for one another our priority. This love is demonstrated in our everyday life by being kind and compassionate and forgiving toward one another like Jesus forgave us.
Ephesians 4:32
As members of a community we conduct ourselves as extended family members. Sorrows, pain and moments of trials of one are embraced by all of us as well as the moments of celebrations. For in Hebrews 13:16 the scriptures say:
"Do not neglect to do good and share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God"
